Grizzly Magic Entertainment has been a major contributor to some of the region
and nations best festivals.
Nationally, GME goes to Bonnaroo
every year since the second year of the festival. At this festival, GME
is a supervisor for Vendor Check-in. This includes getting credentials to
over 150 different companies once they make it on site. Also responsible to
train staff, set up the required paper work and maintain communication with
the site crew responsible for the vendors. Over 10 days, GME works 150 hours
plus and checks in over 5000 people.
On a smaller scale, GME is the supervisor for the Main Entrance Gate at a
number of festivals produced by Max Creek, Strangefolk, and numerous Wormtown
Trading events. These promoters trust GME with the money and responsibility
of training staff and accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and a fast
entrace for all patrons.
GME is available for all aspects of festival production. No job to big or
too small.
